10U: 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 111-130 LT HWT, 131-UP HWT
12U: 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 161-180 LT HWT, 181-UP HWT
14U: 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 181-200 LT HWT, 201-UP HWT
Please list exact weights for LT HWT & HWT wrestlers. We reserve the right to combine weight classes.
*Novice wrestlers will be grouped according to their actual weights submitted.
The age cut off is what the wrestler’s age is on January 1, 2019. Please make sure your wrestler is put in the correct age and weight class. We will not give any weight allowance so wrestlers need to weigh at or below the weight class entered. If a wrestler does not make weight AND there’s room in the bracket at next weight class above AND the committee is able to rebracket that weight class, there will be a $20 rebracketing fee assessed to the wrestler who failed to make weight. Again, moving weights are at the discretion of the tournament committee. We highly suggest that all wrestlers weigh-in on Friday night if there is a potential weight issue. THERE WILL BE NO REBRACKETING ON SATURDAY MORNING!
Clubs MUST rank their wrestlers and provide accomplishments for seeding consideration: 1) National Placer/State Placer 2) State Qualifier 3) Experienced (Not a State Qualifier) 4) Novice (1-2 Years Experience). Novice wrestlers will br bracket separately. Additional seeding criteria can be submitted during the online registration.
Headgear is required per Missouri USA Wrestling. Periods are 1 minute for 6U & 8U; 1 1/2 minutes for 10U, 12U & 14U, Consolation matches will be 1-1-1.
• WEIGH INS: Friday, December 14th All Age Groups - 6:30 PM-8:00 PM
Saturday, December 15th All Age Groups - 7:00 AM-8:00 AM;
12U & 14U age groups only - 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
• ADMISSION: $5.00 adults, $3.00 students, Under 6 & Coaches with a current 2018-19 USA Coaching Card = Free
• AWARDS: Custom awards for top 6 finishers in 16 person, top 4 finishers in 8 person, and round robin novice brackets everyone medals
• BRACKETS: 16 person, 8 person, and round robin formats (Wrestlers will be placed in brackets according to their ranks. In some weight classes there may an A & B bracket to promote the best overall competition for those wrestlers. Novice wrestlers will be bracketed separately from experienced wrestlers. Some weight classes may also be combined for competition purposes at the sole discretion of the tournament committee. Please check trackwrestling during the tournament week and prior to weigh-ins for the combination of brackets.
