Frisco Wakeland, TEXAS has an opening for an Assistant Wrestling/ SS Composite (possible History cert) teacher. Other certifications can apply in case other openings happen, but preference is to keep this position World History. MUST be certified in TEXAS and able to interview soon. This is the first assistant and there are NO OTHER SPORTS attached. Wakeland is on a block schedule so you will teach 2 periods of World History, 1 prep, then 4th period is wrestling every day.
Wakeland took 9th last year in 4A and graduated only 3 starters. We have 1 district champion, and 3 other state qualifiers returning (with 1 finalist). We also have an alternate returning on the girls side. ​
