Technique Training and Drills
Each wrestler will be evaluated based on their current level of experience in regards to the following:

Basic form and technique
Stance and footwork
Top and bottom positioning and maneuverability



Situational Exercise Drills
Each wrestler will be placed in several different situations and evaluated based on their:

Setup
Tie-ups
Shooting
Takedowns
and more positional situations (Standing, Top, Bottom, etc.)

Morning Session - 9:00am to 11:00am
Lunch Break - 11:00am to 12:00pm
Afternoon Session - 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Sunday, Aug 30th
