*TIMES: 10 a.m. until Noon each day
*REGISTRATION: from 9:30 a.m until 9:50 a.m. on the Tuesday of each clinic week
*LOCATION: The “MPR”...the Baldwin wrestling room in the BJHS building (415 Eisenhower)
*AGES: These clinics are for all wrestlers, all ages & skill levels. The clinics will consist of instruction & drilling & live, with a different focus each week
*ALL WRESTLERS ARE INVITED TO LIVE WRESTLING ROOM each clinic night 6-7 p.m.
*CLINIC SHIRTS available for $10

The first DC Gold clinic is this week, starts Tuesday with Baker University head coach Cody Garcia & Royal Valley head coach Jason Puderbaugh, both teaching Leg Attacks.

Clinic runs from 10 am to Noon in the Baldwin wrestling room.

Cost is $35 per week, attend all six and receive two weeks free.

Great first day of DC Gold camp with Cody Garcia, Leg Attacks this week. We had 21 wrestlers from Baldwin, Eudora, Lawrence, Ottawa, and Hiawatha.

Week #1 of DC Gold Clinic Series went great, had total of 26 wrestlers from Atchison, Baldwin, Eudora, Lawrence, and Ottawa. It was Leg Attacks with clinicians Cody Garcia of Baker University, Jason Puderbaugh of Royal Valley, Tucker Clark (Baldwin HS) of Baker University, Dalton Good (Wellsville HS) of Baker University, and Josh Thomas (Las Vegas NV) of Baker University.

Next camp is Tue-Wed-Thu next week, 10am to Noon, focus is TAKEDOWN DEFENSE, with Hall of Fame coach Jimmy May.

Cost is $35, checks payable to Takedown Club.
