Fargo Training Camp Participants
Ages: Cadets (Born 2001-2002); Juniors (Grades 9th-12th)

Technique Camp
Ages: 6 years old & up with one year of wrestling experience

$99.00 per wrestler commuter camp fee;
$149.00 per wrestler overnight stay and camp fee
Payment can be sent in advance or paid at time of check-in.
Pre-registration is recommended.

For wrestlers attending the camp that need to be housed on Monday night please let Coach Keck know in advance. Overnight stay wrestlers will be placed either with a host family or in a hotel with a camp counselor/coach.

CAMP OBJECTIVES
The two camps will be divided separately so athletes get the most out of each camp experience and obtaining their own individual goals. Cadets and Juniors who are competing at Cadet and Junior Nationals July 14-22 are encourage to attend the Fargo training camp. The goal of this camp will be to fine tune technique, compete in simulation matches and be placed in live situations, help with controlling weight and maintain conditioning prior to competition. This will be similar to past Fargo training camps that have been put on by MO USA Wrestling.

The Technique camp will be instructional based, for ages 6 and up, aimed at teaching athletes techniques and skills that work at the highest level of wrestling. The camp staff will cover some of their most effective positioning, set-ups and moves that have elevated them to championship status. Repetitious drilling, sparring and live wrestling will be a part of the technique camp.

NOTE: THE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL BEFORE A WRESTLER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN EITHER CAMP.

WRESTLERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A CHANGE OF SHIRT AND SHORTS/SWEATS FOR EACH SESSION. WATER WILL BE SOLD AT THE CAMP FOR $1 AND LUNCH CAN BE PURCHASED FOR THOSE STAYING OVERNIGHT FOR $5.
