Final Folkstyle open room of the season tonight, 6:00-7:45pm @ Maize High. Open to any wrestlers competing this upcoming weekend at the Heartland Duals (partners welcome too).

We will come in, get warmed-up, and get after it. Very high paced practice with lots of drilling, live, and conditioning.

Entrance to the wrestling room is on the backside of the school (west side of the building) through the multiple glass doors.
