There will be a Saturday morning practice on August 10th from 10am-Noon at Park Hill High School located at 7001 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64153, featuring NCAA All-American John Erneste. Cost is $10 per wrestler (cash preferred). He will be covering leg riding and scoring from top position. All welcome ages 6 and up.
