My wife and I are going to start an all girls team for next year. We will start with folkstyle and then progress to freestyle and greco,
if there is interest. We will work on funding this summer and try to get all the gear. We will have a core group here in Wichita that will practice
with girls only once or twice a week. We will travel to girls only tournaments. We want to invite girls from all over the state of Kansas and beyond to join
us for the traveling tournaments and to practice with us when they can. We want to get some feedback, suggestions and names of girls that might be interested.

Thank you!! I am so glad that someone is gonna do this!! I don't know much about this sport yet, but I do know that there are plenty of girls that Kick @$$!! Wichita is a ways for us, but my girls will be for it I'm sure!

I think that is a great idea!!! :p We live in central ks but am interested in what you will be offering . Please fill me in on all of the details!!!

This year, for the first time, there will be a Women's division at the Junior Nationals in Fargo. This will be freestyle wrestling for Junior division girls only. To participate in the Junior division, you must have been in high school during the 2001/02 school year.

...Arrival of Womens Teams

Friday, July 26th
...Weigh-in 9:00AM
...1st Session: 11:00AM - 1:00AM
...2nd Session: 4:15PM - 6:30PM

Saturday, July 27th
...3rd Session: 9:00AM - Noon (Medal Matches)
...4th Session: 2:00PM - 3:45PM (Finals)
