We have decided to make a minor format change for this years tournament.

We have decided that we will Wrestle Back to 2nd place in OPEN brackets.

This would have the wrestler who loses the Championship Match wrestle the Winner of the Consolation Match in order to determine a true 2nd place finisher.

This will solve some of the questions surrounding seeding.

When will you post remote locations? We have several PM wrestlers whose parents would rather drive down that morning. Hoping there is a remote in the KC Metro/Johnson County area. Thanks.

That's fine foster on the change with the tourament this year acouple issues and concerns 1 true second that's fine other than the challenge match is directly after the finals match don't make much since when that wrestler just wrestled probably his hardest match of the day!!! Will there be a rest time probably not since its.the end of.the tourney....2 if treated like national tourney award 1st thru 3rd accordingly. If its not mandantory to challenge for2nd why when challenged dont you have a options to accept the challenge

We have a location in Paola and Topeka at this point. If your club would like to host a weigh in please message or email me and we will look at options.

If we are weighing in at Hartman Arena and a wrestler cannot make weight, can he get bumped up a weight class for a fee? If not, that's fine. I just want to be sure before we sign up for a certain weight. Thanks!

If a wrestler does not make weight will move them up to the appropriate weight class.
