2015 4th Annual-Medalist Wrestling Camp!!“Producing State Medalists One Camp at a Time”
Camp will be hosted by-
Royal Valley Head Wrestling Coach Jason Puderbaugh (State Champion, 2X State Finalist, 3X State Placer)
Camp Clinicians: Cody Garcia-Head Coach-Bethany University (NAIA 2X National Champion, 3X Finalist, 4X All-American for Nebraska-Omaha), Beau Vest-Head Coach-Midland University (NAIA National Champion & 3X National Finalist for Missouri Valley)
Camp Location: Royal Valley High School, Hoyt-Wrestling Room. 101 E. 1st St. Hoyt, KS 66440 Be sure to park in the large East side parking lot and enter through the east side double doors.
Camp Dates: June 25-27th, 6:00-9:00 PM (Thursday-Saturday) *3-Day Camp (See pg. 2 for camp schedule)
Wrestler Eligibility: Grades 7-12 (Contact Coach Puderbaugh for special exceptions to those below grade 7).
Camp Includes: Top Level Instruction, Camp T-Shirt, and Insurance. (Option to purchase Camp DVD so you can go back and re-watch all of your favorite technique!!)
Coaches/Parents: Open to Registered Coaches & Parents
**This camp is designed to bring elite technique instruction, drilling, live wrestling, and conditioning to our area wrestlers without having to travel large distances and spend large amounts of money!! Do not miss this opportunity to learn from great wrestlers and coaches at a dominate the competition price!!

Medalist Wrestling Camp-Schedule DAY 1 (June 25th):
5:00-5:45 pm: Check-In, receive camp T-Shirt
6:00-7:00 pm: Warm-Up/Technique (Top: learn from All-Time Career Pins record holder for UNO how to “Get the FALL!”)
7:00-7:05 pm: Water Break
7:05-8:00 pm: Technique (Neutral: Set-Up →shot → finish and “Dominate the Takedown!”)
8:00-8:15 pm: Drill like a SWEDE!
8:15-8:20 pm: Water Break
8:20-8:40 pm: Live Situations (Apply what you learned!)
8:40-9:00 pm: Live Wrestling
9:00-9:15 pm: Q & A time with Cody Garcia/Autographs & Pictures!!
Beau Vest (Head Coach, Midland University)-
Medalist Wrestling Camp-Schedule DAY 2 (June 26th):
5:00-5:45 pm: Check-In, get ready!
6:00-7:00 pm: Warm-Up/Technique (Neutral: 5 point moves, “Throw or be thrown!”)
7:00-7:05 pm: Water Break
7:05-8:00 pm: Technique (Top: Tilts and more tilts, “Working for the Tech Fall!”)
8:00-8:15 pm: Drill like a WARRIOR!
8:15-8:20 pm: Water Break
8:20-8:40 pm: Live Situations (Apply what you learned!)
8:40-9:00 pm: Live Wrestling
9:00-9:15 pm: Q & A time with Coach Vest/Autographs & Pictures!!

7:05-8:00 pm: Technique (Top: Arm Chop to Wrist Control to Several Finishes, “Pick Your Poison 2!”)
8:00-8:15 pm: Drill like a PANTHER!
8:15-8:20 pm: Water Break
8:20-8:40 pm: Live Situations (Apply what you learned!)
8:40-9:00 pm: Live Wrestling
9:00-9:15 pm: Q & A time with Coach Puderbaugh!!
