Kenny Gulley, Jr. (also at 119 last season) from Atchison should be given some consideration at 119 lbs as he wrestled Denzel Davis, 2nd in 4A to a 1 pt. match (8-7) at H.S. State this past season. He also easily handled Ty Kolterman of Clay Center (whom is in your rankings) @ Kids State HS 120 bracket being way ahead on points before pinning him at 3:50 mark. Kenny eventually placed 2nd only losing by major decision to a very tough Lincoln Lemon from Goddard in the finals.
