Hoping Richard or another Head Exec can answer this question.
The Flyer says that Coaches Bands will be handed out from 2 - 7:00pm on Friday at the Exhibition Hall. For those coaches who will not be able to make it to Topeka until later Friday evening, when and where will we get the Bands?
