A big factor is where TWC Metro Sports is aired....it's on in Odessa, Lawrence - not Louisburg. It isn't a perfect circle/radius from the center of Kansas City. Sorry for the confusion.
Rory was on the cusp of it as well, yes Head-to-head is a huge factor. However, Engle's body of work was deemed to be superior, though it was a slim edge.
body of work over head to head? Seems to me like you need to reevaluate your priorities for criteria. Head to head should always be number 1 criteria. If that was their only meeting and they had no common opponents then I am confused as to why Engle got the nod over Haug.
