Hunter Stalford has climbed several weight classes over his high school wrestling career at Caney Valley.

As a freshman in 2009 Hunter Stalford won the 4A 103 State Championship with a 40-2 record. The next year as a sophomore Hunter was 6th at 2010 3-2-1A 125 with a 35-13. Hunter jumped 20 pounds as a junior to qualify for 2011 3-2-1A State at 145 with a 35-10 record. This year Hunter jumped 15 more pounds in weight class to wrestle 160 3-2-1 A where he placed 6th at State with a 39-6 record.

Hunter Stalford also was a KWCA 2012 All Academic Team HM this year.
