My only loss my senior year was because I got put in a similar front headlock, lost consciousness, got pinned, and then started convulsing on the mat and woke up a couple minutes later. I love front headlocks and teach them in our room religiously, but that particular front headlock is done with the intention of causing a loss of consiousness. The correct call is 1 penalty point for illegally restricting airflow. The passed out wrestler would not be allowed to continue because he lost consciousness and would therefore win the match.
