A Cadet is a Junior. You can do BOTH as long as you are not an 8th grade Cadet. In other words he would most likely wrestle CADETS at Fargo but could actually participate for BOTH the Cadet and Junior Dual teams. Yes, they are FS/GR events not FLK.
