GHW 3rd Semester Training will begin on Tuesday night (August 5th) and run through the second week of September for a total of 6 weeks of workouts. The cost of the semester is $75 per wrestler with a sibling discount.

There will be two options for this semester. There will be both a wrestling and strength training component offered. The wrestling only component workouts will be from 6-7:45pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The strength component will follow those workouts from 7:45-8:30pm on the same days. If wrestlers do not wish to partake in the strength training then they are not required to participate. The cost will be the same whether wrestlers participate or not.

Sunday practices will be from 4-5:45pm. The strength component on Sundays will be BEFORE practice from 3:30-4:00pm. Note the last Sunday of the session we will modify the practice time and start earlier. Chiefs v. Donkeys that day!
