The 2015 Southern Plains Freestyle and Greco Wrestling Camp will be held May 26th-29th on the campus of Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. This camp will serve as a technique/training camp for the Southern Plains Regional Tournament in Dodge City, May 29th-31st. While the main emphasis will be on the Olympic styles, most techniques and positioning shown will be fully transferable to improve athletes folkstyle wrestling for years to come.
