The Maize Wrestling Club will be hosting a weekly Folkstyle open room beginning tomorrow night and running through the summer (and possibly even up until the start of next season). Anyone with a current USA Wrestling card is welcome to attend.

As of now the open rooms will be conducted on Wednesday nights from 5:45-7:30 in the Maize High wrestling room. We typically work on agility/strength training/cross-training for 45 min, 60 min of drilling/technique, and 15 min or so of live and conditioning.

Note: there is a conflict with the room this week, so we'll be opening up the Maize South High wrestling room (entrance around back on SW corner). Same times.
