A great article. Randy Hinderliter has done much over the years to support and grow wrestling in our state, serving in several roles. Between his years as a district officer, high school head coach or (currently) assistant college coach, his influence has been significant.

Having recognized his past and current positions, I would still count his largest contribution to wrestling in our state, and throughout the nation, as the enthusiasm that he brought to the role of coaching education director. Thousands of coaches have experienced one of Randy's certification courses and still have stories to tell from the experience.

It's great to see him receiving this recognition at the national level. Congratulations, Randy, and thanks for all you do and have done for us!
