Hey.....I resemble that post I agree the dads love to check out the rankings, but so do the fans. I use the rankings when I announce for The Bulldogs home Duals. Pointing out key match ups between Ranked opponents is exciting for the fans. Our sportswriter for the paper uses them in every one of his articles, again a little more exciting for the fans. The dads may be the ones that inform Chief of matchups he missed but the fans, dads included love the rankings. "Even though they don't really matter." Aren't we supposed to end every post about rankings with that statement?
