The Maize Wrestling Club is honored to have Sammie "The Bull" Henson back once again this summer. Mark your calendars for this one, as you won't want to miss out. There will be two different camps offered depending on your wrestler's age/grade. GENERAL INFORMATION Featuring elite techniques and training sessions from World Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist, World Bronze Medalist, 2x National champion and Head Coach of West Virginia University, Sammie "The Bull" Henson. This intensive camp is designed to provide advanced instructions group settings. Athletes of all ages and skill levels will benefit from the opportunity to learn from Sammie and from a faculty comprised of world-class athletes.

The camp will teach a variety of position-based techniques and skills that are necessary to develop wrestlers into champions. One-One instruction and interactive sessions are a hallmark of the "Wrestle With The Bull" summer camps. Camp curriculum includes advanced wrestling techniques and mental preparedness, character development and more.
