Higher ups at FHSU said it would be back in Hays next year.
I believe it will be back there as well. There is no venue in the state capable of handling all classes or even 3 classes.
There is a proposal to do 10 mats at Intrust (I have never been there so I have no idea if it will hold 10 mats) over 3 days with split sessions. I have not seen the exact schedule, but I was told that they have one worked out starting on Thursday morning. It would be 6 tournaments under one roof, but the only time all 6 would be there at once would be the finals.
I do not believe this is a done deal, but I heard enough chatter about it this weekend to think it is a possibility.
