Completely agree. The ref even said he never saw it happen. But Weber showed him his finger with blood on it so the ref called the DQ. The blood was from Foust’s mouth and the fish hook, not a bite.
Surely they didn't DQ Foust because Weber had blood on his finger. There had to at least be bite marks to consider disqualification right? Did the officials talk and discuss what they saw with each other? Buckbee's been around the block a time or two and isn't going to stand back and watch his kid get DQ'd without a fight because his opponent "said" he got bit. I'm not saying there wasn't some BS going on, but there has to be more to the story than Weber showing the referee a bloody finger, and if that's what happened, then you're right, that was a travesty! Did the match get scrubbed from Track? I went to watch it and the video stops right before the beginning of the 2nd period.
