Mondays
5-6 p.m. (beginners with Coach Harris)
6:00-7:30 p.m. (ALL with Nick Rockhold, Matthew James, Gabe Mason)-BHS wrestlers
can come to this workout, Coach Harris will NOT be there.
 
Tuesdays/Thursdays
6:00-7:30 p.m. (with Coach Harris)
 
Other clinicians will be arranged: Coach Jimmy May of Baker University and others.
 
NO FEE, only a USA card required.
 
Wrestlers from all clubs and schools are welcome.

Beginners or advanced welcome, groups can be arranged as needed.
