tough wt classes - 03/27/05 01:00 AM

wow was there ever some tough wt classes this year in the 8 and 10 year old brackets. My kids are in those age categories and looking through the program and watching some of those matches there were some great wrestlers. 8 and under 70 and 10 under 76 were loaded.

You will find that next year will be tough also. Ask the kids in the bracket below your kids or above them and you'll get the same respond. They are all tough, it is the state tournament.

8U 61 was pretty tough and loaded with some talented wrestlers. I watched with eagerness at the state tournament because of the 4 that qualified from District 2 (all in my son's bracket at districts) and noticed that both kids that beat my son out at Districts placed at State. Suhr (WWC) and Stalford (Coffeyville) took 1st and 6th respectively. Good work boys saw some great wrestling this weekend!
