Serious wrestling question that has to be asked.

Serious wrestling question that has to be asked. - 12/20/15 07:03 PM

I have been observing the 2015-16 wrestling season from afar, and I am shocked--SHOCKED--that no one has asked this important question yet:

Will Washburn Rural ever lose again? Ever?

First, #TeamTopHat rolls into Manhappiness and dethrones #2-ranked Manhattan in a dual--a feat that no team has ever accomplished in thousands of years of recorded human history. Then, The Fightin' Stovepipes win two tournaments in a row (SMNW and Emporia, basically the equivalent of two Grand States) before heading home for a long winter's nap.

Ladies and gents, I woke up this morning and asked my Magic 8-ball if the Junior Blues would ever lose again, and it simply returned an answer of "LOL, no way." I think these tophatted gentlemen--led by a bald, rotund, suspendered functionally illiterate head coach--may just redefine the sport as we know it.

It's good to see you still support the right to arm bears.

I'll let others take this thread. My question is. Who is Washburn Rural? And can you compete against the BEST, in the state? Just asking.

Duals are one thing, BRACKETS are another.

Spexy, do your homework and get a little background info before you post. This is supposed to be a fun light hearted topic.

Haha- that's funny. Dodge City's HotRod is shopping for suspenders as we speak. He said suspenders are "hip" and that the "youngsters love wearing them". I'm not sure if I agree- but hey.

Randy you should have tricked Beeson with terminology and called it the classic wrestling maneuver known as the BEAR hug, and he probably would have went for it!

Prant Garker is a man amongst men! He is my hero! I hear he has been spotted in big foot country hunting for big cuddly bears called Gonzo's! Something about a new fangled trap that suspenders the poor lil Gonzo's!!! Gark, where is your Christmas spirit??
