Re: Underrated Wrestlers - 02/19/03 03:51 AM
Bryan Roberts of Turner and Myron Lowery of Norton. Both took second in the state three years in a row to the same kid and both became college wrestlers of note, Roberts at Wartburg Iowa and Lowry at Oklahoma. Roberts lost to Beeson who was a national champ at Central State and Lowry to Lampe who is one of the all time greats in Kansas and a Big Eight runner up at Iowa State. Pretty tough shootin for those two guys.
