174 would have been Robby Wilger as Jeff Klinglesmith was injured at the FHSU open.

According to the NCAA rule book, we (Labette) did not lose the dual. The only time that the criteria rule comes into effect (most falls) is when it is the winner of the dual will advance to the next round. It states in bold letters that this is not in effect in one on one competition.

It goes down as a TIE. If a dual tournament where there is advancement...then criteria would come into play.
