Jim Murray is having practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Jim is the director for district 4. Practice is open to anyone that is interested. The practice is in the high school wrestling room for anyone that is interested you are welcome.

The above practices are in COLBY. Jim has a business and is not always readily accessible, so if you have any questions, feel free to give me a call during the day at 785-462-3441, or evenings 785-460-7413. It would be nice to see the clubs in District 4 take advantage of the opportunity to participate! Colby is willing to put on a tournament for this area if there is enough interest. I personally would like to see the club coaches encourage their wrestlers of ALL ages to come practice. This is not simply directed to the High School level kids. It's just like folkstyle, lets get them started now and not have to play "catch-up" later on when they are old enough to realize that the opportunity to wrestle in the summer is there. Hope to see several attending!!
