The camp would also be great for us. I just had a phone call about it myself. We may also be looking for a ride for Nate back from Fargo. Don't look right now like his mother or I will be able to go.

This is our first year going to Fargo also. Is the camp in McPherson required? Does Team Kansas stay together in Fargo or is it up to each individual family to make accommodations? Do we send in entries for ourselves?

Any information would be appreciated!

For information regarding the Cadet / Junior Camp in McPherson, as well as the trip to Fargo, I would suggest you contact either one of the following:

Cadet Director: Tom Peterson (913) 262-9656

Junior Director: Mike Garcia (620) 960-2730

I believe this year it was suppose to be required that you attend the camp if you are going to Fargo, but I would confirm that with one of the above individuals!

In the past, we have received a letter from the directors a week or two in advance that gives all the information regarding the camp.

Hope this helps!

Sorry for the delay folks, I emailed stuff out a couple of days ago and put stuff in the mail yesterday. I have been real busy with working construction during the summer, finding a full-time teaching job, Honey-do's, besides wrestling practice. I appoligize for any confusion or panic.

yes the camp starts next Sunday, check-in is from 1-3 pm at Parsons Hall on the Campus of Central Christian College in McPherson, KS.
Yes you have to attend if you plan on wrestling for Kansas.
also I have not mailed stuff to Romero Cotton because I can not totally read all of his information from the registration sheet from state. I have called and left a message but no return call. If some one knows it could you email me at Raslion1@aol.com and get it to me please.

Also I have had a few of the emails sent back because of wrong email addresses. I can not read some of them?
This is the first time I have been on the forum since before cadet duals.
I will check it daily till next Friday when I leave for Salina, from there I will go to McPherson on Sunday, If you need to get a hold of me call me on my cell (913) 634-1123.

I do not know about the Juniors stuff, when Garcia sent it out but I have emailed him and we have talked about the Cadet/Juniors practicing together, and he has the camp lined up and in order and I pick up the equipment on Tuesday so we are getting things lined up and done, it's just quite a bit of stuff.

I know no execuses, I may be a little late but I will get it all done and with total effort and total efficiency.

Later

We have a couple more with Phillip Henes at 125 and Bo Noles may also be at 125 or 119. We need some little guys 84 or 91 and maybe another 140, 152, and 189. We are at 38, I wouldn't mind two more for a even 40. Peter Eck what's up haven't heard from you? Is the foot gonna let you do it up?
Put the word out. Time is ticking away......
