Hey, can anybody help me?
If there are not enough to fill a bracket on one or both sides of a district, how does it work? Ex: N 2 finishes, S 6 finishes
Does 5S fill for N3, etc.?
Do all the districts work the same, or is by each district?

The 5th and 6th place finishers can fill up the bracket if they want.
