Well first of all Jeff O'Daniel, who took second, is pretty good. He took 3rd at the Wichita-Park City Classic a few weeks ago. He has wrestled Nowak twice and lost on points 5-0 & 4-0 last week. Josh Sanches is a first year wrestler who was wrestling novice at the beginning of the year. He is tall, strong, and athletic. He lost to Venegas, the Olathe North wrestler at Mill Valley, but came back to beat him at sub-district. He probably needs some more wrestling experience, but he has the athletic skills to give any of the other wrestlers in this division a match on a given day. I think it is going to a very competitive day for the four qualifying positions on Saturday. I don't think anyone can take for granted that they are going to qualify in this particular division.
