Ottawa mat masters Mason Turner 8 43 2007 State Champion and his brother Jaymez Turner 10 76 wrestled at the Florida citrus tourney on 5-12-07 and both took 1st place. Mason Turner picked up where he left off at the state tourney in Kansas by scoring 5 wins , 4 by pin and teching the Florida state champ 16-0 in route to capturing that bracket. Jaymez Turner scored pin falls in 3 out of 4 matches on route to his bracket. Spectators came up and was amazed at how well kansas wrestlers know combinations of moves togather with quickness and precision. This post is to let Kansas wrestlers and coaches know we have some of the best of the best wrestlers in the United States, as well as how our boys are doing down here as we will continue to wrestle down here and make Kansas and our Ottawa mat masters club proud. Also to Rick Croucher, Matt Parenti, Ray Carver, and Renee Carver along with all others not mentioned but not forgoton that welcomed us into their club a big thank you, we will come back to Kansas for some select tourneys.
