There is a link on this site that list all the clubs in each district. You could contact a few in your area an interview the directors and/or head coaches. I would ask them questions that are important to you and tell them what you are looking for in a club. Maybe even sit in on some practices. I think that would be a good way to find a club that is best suited for your wrestler/s and your family.
I am from a different district but I can tell you that from a far Derby seems outstanding. Awesome turnout at state. Very considerate coaches that seem to be caring, and tons of talented and well behaved kids!
