In a few minutes I will post the starting line ups. I want everyone to know that it is very difficult for me to exclude any kids who want to wrestle. In fact, I hate doing it and it is the hardest part of putting together dual teams. This year I organized a committee and we discussed wrestlers last night on a conference call and came up with the lineups you will see. There is NO perfect way to do this and there is NO way I am going to make everyone happy. We did the best we could and we have to move on. The kids/parents will have until Thursday at 5pm to confirm participation. I need either an email or phone call followed up with paperwork and a $100 deposit. The remaining $150 will be due the morning that we leave for Iowa. Again, I do not do this to hurt anyone's feelings, especially kids who really WANT to wrestle. I will fill the alternate spots and those kids will have a great experience and get 6-8 high quality matches. We need alternates in case of fatique or injury so do not feel slighted to the extent that you refuse an invitation to be an alternate. If you are an eighth grader who really wanted to go and didn't make it, I apologize. If you are a 6th or 7th grader who didn't make, WORK HARDER and make it a goal for next year!
