When: Camp dates are: Tuesday, May 27th and Wednesday, May 28th.

Registration: FREE for all Colby Wrestlers. Cost is $40 for all out of town participants. Please pre-register by May 24th. Forms must be signed and turned in before the start of camp.

Where: Camp will be held in the Colby High School Wrestling Room.

A Special Social: will be held at Twister’s Wednesday night starting at 7:30 p.m. for all supporters and friends to get together to talk wrestling, eat some good food, wish me luck, and give me words of wisdom before I compete at the U.S. Olympic Trials June 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Camp Structure: Campers into two groups: 1st through 6th grade and 7th through 12th grade. The camp will cover a high percentage of technique, solid fundamentals, and in-depth details of Folkstyle wrestling. We will also cover proper weight training, principles of weight management and nutrition, mental preparation, conditioning techniques, and LIVE WRESTLING will be included.
