Practice Schedule - Everyone is welcome but you must have a USA Card, sign a release, complete a sign up form, and NO NOVICE WRESTLERS.
From now until the USA Nationals, April 1-3, the schedule will be as follows:
SUNDAYS
Cokeley Practice Barn 5-6:15 Open Mat
6:15-8:30 Academy Practice
MONDAY
Paola High School 6:30-8:30 Academy Practice
WEDNESDAY
Cokeley Practice Barn 6:15 - 8:30 Academy Practice
THURSDAY
Cokeley Practice Barn 6:15 - 8:30 Academy Practice
The barn will be OPEN for all of these days and times. Eric Akin may not be the coach conducting practice but someone will be there to put the wrestlers through a workout. We will be working from a curriculum developed by Eric.
Open Mat is your opportunity to review things with your son or to have him climb the rope, do pull ups, extra running or whatever.
IMPORTANT!!!!!
We will be changing some other things too. It would be best to attend the parents meeting this Sunday which will be held at 5:45 prior to practice.
This opportunity if for your kids. Eric and I will do everything we can to help improve your wrestler but we need commitment from the you too.
