I was just curious, How do the female athletic directors conduct weigh in's? Also how are you doing the female wrestlers weigh in's?

You could use any school administrator, unless you go to the "School of Amazon" then you might have a problem. Not trying to be sexist here, but surely there is a male school administrator in every school.

My girl puts on her singlet, knocks on the locker room door and waits until all the boys are dressed and then we bring her in and weigh her. It hasn't been much of a problem.
