Just wondering why Numrich is always at number one in 4A when he lost to another 4A kid from Ulysses 7-1

I could see 4A beating 5A in a head to head dual, but 6A would stomp 4A in a dual.

I think your wrong ricky it would be a close dual. In my opinion 4a would win by a point or two but it would be nice if this was to actually happen.

After looking at that 6A/4A dual much closer, I agree that it would be tight. I have it 6-3-5 for 6A. Those 5 toss-ups could go either way. I think 125,130,152,215 and 285 would be toss-ups. I also would not count Jake Price out at 171.

The Senior Classic settles this debate every year in the post-season. This year it will be at the Expo Center in Topeka the night before Kids state. Only seniors can compete but it is usually pretty close. Sometimes there are some real suprises.

That dual is for entertainment and settles nothing. It is more than one month after the end of the season. The best are not always available and many are WAY out of shape by then. Don't get me wrong, I like to watch the wrestling and I appreciate those who do come to give it up on the mat but it is no measuring stick.

Bishop Carrol tournament- Andale ranked 4th in 4a has 5 champions, Bishop Carrol ranked 2nd in 5a has 3 champions, Wichita Heights ranked 2nd in 6a has 2 champions, and Wichita Heights ranked 7th in 4a has 2 champions.. Looks like 4a walked away with 7 out of 14 champions. Not bad for the 4th and 7th ranked teams in 4a. Alot of people wouldnt have given these two teams a chance. It was nice to see that they decided to show up to prove the critics wrong. Congrats on a strong showing and congratulations to Bishop Carrol and ther overall team championship..

Andale did not have five (5) champions.

Wichita Heights is not ranked in both 6A and 4A.

Wichita Independent High School placed seventh (7th) at the Bishop Carroll Invitational.
