Derby will be hosting Open Room again this week. With over 70 kids in the room last week, it was a great opportunity to get better. I am also expecting several high school kids back this week and we will work creatively to accommodate the numbers. If you are interested in attending just post here. Open Room will be from 6-8 in the high school wrestling room. Rock Rd & Madison. The room this week will be much cooler I promise. We will again begin with some cardio and then go live for 1 1/2 hrs. We will be changing it up several times, situations, spurts, bull in the ring etc. Should have another good/tough group.

Rumor has it, Beeson's scared and left the state. Way to go Eck.

He is out of town, but I don't think it was because of me....

I am taking my training to a new level. I am out of state training with Russian's on a move called the pretzle. I will be back next week. Doug, you are not the Eck I am training for. Levi and Kyle Armstrong are in for a world of hurt next week. I am bringing the pain. On a side note, the Russian's have some big momma's. Jeff, I can try to bring one back for you if you would like.

You would only have to train for about 15-20 seconds of fury for me. Then I'd be done...

It has came to my attention that Derby is hosting Round Ball Sub-State tonight. This isn't going to interfer with our practice but would ask parents and wrestlers to stay in the wrestling room. The locker rooms will be locked, in fact the access to the hall will be restricted. Please try to go the bathroom prior to coming. We will do our best to sweat it out of you otherwise.
