Maize high school is hosting a summer fitness camp from July 13-19, that will be run by the navy seals. These guys are the best of the best when it comes to training techniques. Cost is fifty dollars. I can e-mail you the flyer if you are interested. Contact me with any questions.

Roger Roberts (Seal) Special Warfare/Special Operations mentor is going to stress injury reduction, proper workout techniques, and core training for all campers. In addition he is going to teach a swimming course in several strokes. We will start at 9:00 each morning. The camp cost will include time at the YMCA.
