Sunday Practice will include techique, drilling, conditioning, mental toughness training, and live wrestling. Cost $10 every Sunday.Sunday Practice will be lead by George Roath. All wrestlers are welcome!!! Sunday practice will continue until the conclusion of 2009-2010 wrestling season with some scheduled breaks. Practice begins at 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please Email George at g_roath@hotmail.com if you plan to attend and need more information.

Is this current or throughout the year. It will NOT be offered during the KSHSAA Season from November 16 through the High School state tournaments.
