OP MC County Coach Junior Member M Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 25	McDonald County Wrestling Club will hold open mat workouts every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm at the McDonald County High School fair barn (located in the brown shop building behind the baseball field) beginning tomorrow Tuesday, March 23rd. Freestyle and Greco-Roman rules and technique will be covered from April 6th-April 29th. All high school wrestlers are welcome to attend at no cost. Instruction will be provided by McDonald County Wrestling Club Coaching Staff.
