Clinician: Ross Thatcher, University of Oklahoma Assistant Coach. Ross was an All-American for Penn State University and has been coaching for the last 10 years at Penn State, Ohio State and Oklahoma University. Ross has made two USA World Teams and was a coach for the 2006 USA Junior Fila World Team. Ross has had a lot of success developing Div 1 wrestlers over the last 10 years and is also known for developing some of the best kids club’s in country.

Counselors:All four Counselors are from the great state of Kansas.

Tyler Caldwell: 4xKansas State Champ, NCAA All-American, Brute National Champ, Graduate of Goddard HS

Kyle Detmer: 2xKansas State Champ, Junior National Champion, Brute National Champ, Graduate of Bishop Carroll HS

Kendrick Maple: 2xKansas State Champ, NCAA Qualifier, Brute National Champ, Graduate of Wichita Heights HS

Jordan Keller: 2xKansas State Champ, Senior National Champ, Brute National Champ, Graduate of Bishop Carroll HS

Camp Goals: We want to help these young wrestlers turn into great wrestlers, but more importantly… great men. This camp will change the way you look at wrestling and prepare you to be successful in all future endeavors. We want our campers to get to know us and learn how each of us has been able to earn success. Come to camp, have fun and become a smarter and better wrestler.

2pm to 2:30pm Question and Answer with Counselors
June 16th

11am to 12pm Review all Technique
12pm to 12:30pm Q&A with Ross Thatcher

I have spoken with Coach Thatcher a couple times about this camp. While we all know the clinicians of Maple, Caldwell, Detmer and Keller it is also a huge land to have a wrestling mind and technician like Coach Ross Thatcher in the room as well.

This camp is not only for high school athletes but athletes of all ages. For $100, there really is no better deal for wrestling camps for the price! I really hope all local wrestlers take advantage of this opportunity and get in the room to learn, but also be scouted by the University of Oklahoma. If you want your shot....
