Mike Krause will be hosting a clinic on Sunday, Jan. 16th at Maize High School. It will be 3 sessions starting at 8:30 and will be over by 3:00. We have about 10 spots still open if anyone is interested. The cost is only $60.00. This camp is being limited to 50 kids and will be geared for advanced wrestlers only (tune-up for Tulsa). I agree Jonny's worked with Mike alot and just loves him. Kids tend to really listen to him and enjoy his clinics. Very high energy which will spill over into a wrestlers moves. Good opportunity

Will this all be technique, or will there be live wrestling? My oldest can't wrestle live for the rest of the year, but he is still drilling and working on technique.

Also, I have a 1st year 8U 46-49 pounder.....(this is his third year of wrestling) that may be interested. He is a good practice partner and pays attention. Do you think he would be to young?

I'm pretty sure Mike Krause mixes in live wrestling into each session. This will be the 1st time for us attending a camp with him. Our smallest kids right now are Cayden Hughbanks and Cael Moses (both are at 8&U 55). If you are interested in bringing your youngest, you may need to find a work-out partner for him.

Just clarification.....there will be 3 sessions. Does each session cost $60, or will $60 allow the kids to participate in all three sessions.

Twenty dollars per session. Total 60 dollars!

We are looking at bringing Mike Krause back to Maize on Feb 19th and 20th. Details will follow as we get it set up. How many of you that attended yesterday could we count on coming back? We'd love to hear everyone's feedback. If others are interested let me know, we only have room for about 10 or 12 more than we had yesterday.

Want to thank the Maize Coaches for bringing me down. Those kids were tough as nails and I did try and break them that third session!! Next time Im going to have to crank it up.
