Anyone that is coming to Hutch willing to run a satellite weigh in for Derby novice?

I have been asked about finish time and my guess is hopefully 3-5 is my guess.

I can offer a room and scales but will be tied up with the tournament.

Already been set up, and there will be a weigh at the Hutch tournament for the Derby Novice.

Details to come.

We had a board meeting tonight and the discussion of remote weigh-ins came up. Knowing that there are many quality tournaments running on Saturday and us holding weigh-ins on Saturday only, this can put a strain on people especially regarding those that may have to travel a good distance. In that, we have decided to keep with the remote weigh-in locations and also offer up to the individual clubs to Home Weigh-in their kids. I will need for those that wish to weigh their kids in at home (and for the remote sites as well) to follow the below guidelines:
1. Skin and Nail checks need to be completed. Not that there have been too many issues with this, but it does need to be checked thouroughly.
2. Weights: all scales vary from each other, even when they are both certified by the same certification. That said, weight allowance will be set at 0.5 lbs.
3. Please mark the kids arms with proper age group and weight class after they make weight. Also, mark their hand with an "X" after Skin and Nail check is passed.
4. Email the list of kids you weighed in to me no later than 9:00 pm on Saturday. Please send these to both these email addresses: derbyjrwrestling@cox.net and crgash@gmail.com

I will post entries on this forum Thursday morning and if there are any mistakes/problems please contact me immediately so I can take care of the issue.

Sincerely,

Craig Gash
