Add others like Thoele - Linn Co., Lynch - Sunflower, and I am sure there are many others I am forgetting. Not many 10 year olds are still this light. Most of the state placers from district 1 are back. I am sure there is alot from the rest of the state as well but you asked specifically about Dist. 1.
