Why isn't the same criteria used for all subs in the release of information and deadlines? For instance, some subdistricts are releasing info on 03/01/12 and others on 03/04/12 and then I think I seen one one 03/09/12. Just curious as to who decides this for each district.

I would think that it should be set at the state level and all be released at the same time.

And some subs have sat morning and others do not. How is that fair?

jmo, like i said last year, i think each district should be able to decide there own rules and times, what one district does as far as weigh in times cannot affect another district. i really do not know why some people think it's not fair or complain if it does not affect there subs at all.

and i ask why is it not fair?
