USAWKS Freestyle Clinic/RTC April 28th in Scott City
The goal is to draw in alot of kids from the area (Garden City, Scott City, Oakley, Colby, Lakin, Dodge City etc.) After the session you will have had a plan proposed to you to make you a better Freestyler and wrestler. This will prepare you for the Colby Freestyle tournament on Sunday and Freestyle/Greco state the next weekend in Hutchinson.
Registration: Cost is free for all participants with current USA Wrestling card. Bring it with you so you can show it to me before the start of the Clinic/RTC session.
When: Clinic/RTC date is: Saturday April 28th from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start time.
Where: Clinic/RTC Session will be held in the Scott City High School Wrestling Room. (North set of double doors on East side of High School).
Clinic/RTCStructure: Clinic will cover freestyle rules, scoring, techniques, strategy, and drills for success. Leg lace tricks, transition technique, etc.), rules interpretations, and in-depth details of Freestyle wrestling. I am going to go throught the rules and interpretations the first half hour, then I will show alot of technique/stategy. I show and talk about alot of drills, technique, and strategy for coaches and wrestlers to take with them and master at there local clubs. We will have time to drill some of it but not all of it. Limited LIVE WRESTLING will be included.
